643 Baseball Academy Cancellation Policy

At 643 Baseball Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality training and development. To maintain fairness for all athletes and coaches, we kindly ask that all cancellations follow the policy outlined below:

Private Lessons & Individual Training Sessions

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the session cost.

• No-shows are non-refundable and will be charged in full.

Clinics, Camps & Group Sessions

• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the event for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the start time are non-refundable.

• If a camp or clinic is canceled by 643 Baseball Academy (e.g., due to weather or low enrollment), a full refund or credit will be issued.

Facility Rentals

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• No-shows will be charged in full.

Rescheduling

• Sessions can be rescheduled without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late rescheduling requests may be treated as cancellations and subject to fees.

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to illness, injury, or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly. Fees may be waived at our discretion.
